One-to-one sessions, covering both personal and professional content, can assist in finding intelligent, creative and skilful means to deal with our situation. Sometimes we need another person to point us back towards our sovereignty/wisdom/inner trust/empowerment. Mentoring sessions meet us where we are; strengthening our fidelity to our own experience. Our unique timing and unfolding is held in high regard. Specific practices, or modification, orientations, are given to meet the unique process of each individual.

Jess is available via face to face sessions (predominantly in Melbourne) or via Zoom. Sessions are intended to be weekly, focused sessions that can then be applied to daily life through the following weeks.

Please note: Though healing might happen, these sessions are not a replacement for therapy. If content arises that Jess feels might need further support (i.e. trauma resolution), she will refer you to other healing modalities.
