When you’re running on habit energy, or you’re worn-out, it can feel like you’re on rocky territory. There’s not much ground for inspiration to take root. 

Let’s gather for a day of practice and inquiry together, to cultivate the foundations for something fresh and generative to arise in each of us. 

Together we’ll explore opening - even just a little bit - to this supportive depth which practice points us towards. 

Towards something stable, loving and alive within… 

Below the noise, from which a different kind of knowing - and follow through action - can emerge. 

Let’s lay the ground for home-grown, sparky responses to what’s happening in your particular life, and in the culture.
